“I think relationships with homeowners is where I really thrived and the most important part of the ministry for the campers. Many of the homeowners just wanted company so spending time listening to them seemed to make the most impact.”
Summer Staff
We are looking for college aged men and women who want to share Christ’s extravagant hope, love and grace to both San Antonio homeowners and campers. Each position is demanding as you will be stretched mentally, physically and spiritually. However, the camp experience is extremely fulfilling as you share the love of Jesus Christ with campers and homeowners, grow in your faith, and develop lifelong relationships with fellow team members and campers. Our summer staff roles include compensation, housing on-site, help with gas money, and meals during camp.
Half-summer and Full-summer opportunities are available.
May 31-July 2- First Half
July 4- August 6- Second Half
May 31- August 6- Full Summer
the following paid positions are available for Summer 2027:
Youth Ministry Student Experience Coordinators–The Camp Program Staff roles work directly alongside the Camp Director to drive the daily energy, spiritual culture, and logistical flow of Blueprint's summer mission camps. This position balances ministry operations, creative development, group coordination, and direct relational engagement with youth participants and adult leaders. While construction staff leads the job sites, the Camp Program Staff owns the camper experience on campus—from chapel design and devotional writing to evening events, media capture, and hospitality operations.
Project Manager – The Project Manager serves as an onsite construction staff and servant
leader, guiding groups of middle and high school volunteers through essential home restoration
projects (e.g., roofing, painting, siding, and building ramps).
Beyond physical labor, this role centers on people development, active volunteer supervision,
and end-to-end project execution. While prior construction experience is helpful, it is not
required—onsite directors provide continuous mentorship and technical guidance
