Joe joined our full-time team this summer as the year-long intern. He is a longtime friend to Blueprint & we are lucky to have him! Get to know him a little more below.
Tell us a little about yourself:
I have lived in San Antonio my whole life and I just finished college at Abilene Christian University where I studied Financial Management.
What is your history with BP?
I have been at Blueprint for the previous 3 summers as a part of the summer staff and I’m excited to be here all year.
What are you looking forward to as the year-long intern?
It will be fun to learn from Doug and Layton, the Construction Directors. I’m also looking forward to being with the staff on a day to day basis and learning about how Blueprint Ministries runs throughout the year.
In your free time, where can we find you?
I love watching Spurs basketball and a lot of European soccer. I’m also a huge music nerd, so a lot of hours are wasted finding new music on Spotify, a music streaming service.
Favorite movie?
The Big Lebowski.
What is your favorite restaurant in San Antonio?
Probably Rosario’s, they have great Tex Mex that really captures the spirit of the city. Shout out to Whataburger for the best fast food.
Any fun facts we should know about you?
I’m an elite level nap-taker but sadly that skill is pretty useless.
