Dee Dee Sedgwick
In 2009 Dee Dee Sedgwick, a native San Antonian, accepted the position of Blueprint Ministries Executive Director. She had previously served as a youth director for a large church in San Antonio for over 30 years.
Dee Dee has a great love for people and a desire to serve them by meeting physical needs and sharing the message of grace and hope found in Jesus Christ. Dee Dee and her wonderful husband, Perry, have two (plus two by marriage) incredible children and four grand-children – all of who are great joys in their lives.
Bobby and his wife Hannah have been in San Antonio for the past 10 years serving in local youth ministry. He is also working as a Pastor at Alamo Heights Baptist Church. Bobby loves building teams of people and empowering them to find their gifts to serve God and further the Kingdom.
Bobby and Hannah have 2 beautiful daughters, Ella and Olive. They are humbled and excited to serve and grow here as part of the Blueprint family.
In his spare time, Bobby can be found spending time with his 3 beautiful ladies, riding his bike, or hanging out at the local coffee shop.
Doug, a native of San Antonio, has a beautiful wife Colby a three year old daughter Emery and they just welcomed the newest member of their family, Audrey. During his college summers as well as after college Doug had the opportunity to work in several capacities with Service Over Self (SOS), an inner city home repair ministry, working primarily in the Binghampton neighborhood of Memphis.
While in Memphis his passion for serving families in need of home repair grew tremendously. He is excited to be working at Blueprint as the construction and facilities director and looks forward to being a part of the restoration of homes in the San Antonio area for many more years to come! Doug is a graduate of Texas Tech University and an avid fan of the Red Raiders. During his time at Texas Tech Doug was a trumpet player in the Goin’ Band from Raiderland, as well as very active in the Wesley Foundation.
Taylor first worked at Blueprint as a Construction Intern during the summer of 2013 and then joined full-time in January of 2014. She spent several years working with a student ministry at her local San Antonio church before coming to Blueprint. She has a love for the study of medicine/science, binge watching TV shows, and people-watching. If you see her around Blueprint she's probably creating a disaster out of clumsiness or unintentionally singing and making weird noises.
Director of ADMINISTRATION AND COMMUNICATIOns
Amy grew up in Katy, Texas and moved to San Antonio in September 2013. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Recreation, Park and Tourism Sciences. Amy was a Kids Pastor for three years in the San Antonio area before coming on board with Blueprint Ministries. She and her husband, Jacob, are on staff with Young Life in Alamo Heights. She loves Young Life, exploring the outdoors, days spent on the lake, reading, and lots and lots of coffee.
Community Construction Director
Layton was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin. He attended a private Christian school called Northern Lights Christian Center. He was blessed with a Christian education and upbringing, and feels that ministry was always his calling. In 2005, he decided to attend International Bible College in San Antonio. Upon completion of the four-year program at International Bible Center, he went on staff with San Antonio Youth for Christ. During his 10 years on staff there, he held many different roles including middle school director, intern director, and camp director.
In 2011, he married his beautiful wife Claudia. They have a daughter, Amiliyah, a baby boy Ely, and also Libby, their German Shepherd who thinks she's a human.
Enrique Jaimes (EJ)
EJ is new to full time staff but not new to Blueprint, he has been serving with Blueprint as a part of the Summer Staff since 2015. EJ is a San Antonio native who has recently graduated from The University of Incarnate Word with a BBA in Management. In his free time you can find EJ at local and hip coffee shops, rooting for the Spurs and hunting down the legendary Chupacabra.

Scott is the pastor of a local church, which he recently helped to plant. He is also a business consultant. Scott is married to Shannon and they have two sons, Chase and Grayson.
Steven E. Hearne, M.D.
Steve Hearne is from San Antonio and a graduate of the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Steve is a Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine and in the subspecialty of Gastroenterology and an Assistant Professor for the Department of Medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center, San Antonio.
Steve has spent over 15 years in the inner city of Memphis, Tennessee repairing homes for people living in sub-standard conditions. He is an active member of a local church as well as Emmaus and Kairos ministries. Steve has been a member of the Blueprint Board for the last five years.
Director, Secretary and Treasurer, Founding Member
Jeff Kemp is a shareholder in Kemp & Stitch, P.C. Jeff has over thirty years of business experience including ten years in the tax departments of the international accounting firms of Arthur Andersen & Company and KPMG Peat Marwick. Jeff is responsible for over 350 clients ranging in size from individuals to major local companies. Jeff is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University in 1979. Jeff is a member of a local church where he teaches an adult sunday school class. He is also actively involved with missions to Guatemala. Jeff's hobbies include golf, reading, and being a grandpa. Jeff is a charter member of the Blueprint Board.
Director, Construction Supervisor, Founding Member
Perry Sedgwick is the owner and president of Sedgwick Construction, Inc. With over 20 years of experience, Perry has completed many commercial and residential remodel jobs. Perry is a licensed, residential and commercial, building contractor for San Antonio and the State of Texas. Perry’s prior work experience includes serving as the Regional Sales Manager for U.S.A.A.’s Life Company and Owner/General Manager of Lone Star Fireplace Supply Company.
Perry, along with his wife Dee Dee, worked to start Blueprint Ministries, Inc. Perry helped oversee the extensive restoration done on Blueprint’s one hundred year old facility. Perry serves in the ministry now as the volunteer Construction Supervisor guiding the selection of homes, order of projects, projected materials needed, and supervision of work done. Perry’s interests include golfing and spending time with his wife, two children and four grandchildren.
Originally from Georgia, Beth has called San Antonio home for the last seventeen years. Beth is married to John Eadie and they will soon celebrate their 29th anniversary. They have one son, Matt, who is a graduate of Auburn University. Beth graduated from Berry College in Rome, Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics and a minor in Business. Beth taught in Northside ISD and Northeast ISD for 22 years, is certified in special education, and has experience working with students who have various levels of learning. Beth currently works for Covenant Multifamily Office and assists families with day to day needs.
Beth is a member of a local church and serves in many different capacities.

Shannon Sedgwick Davis is the CEO of Bridgeway Foundation, a philanthropic organization dedicated to ending and preventing mass atrocities around the world. As an attorney, activist, passionate advocate for social justice, Ms. Sedgwick Davis has guided Bridgeway Foundation in pioneering solutions to these seemingly intractable issues. More recently, Ms. Sedgwick Davis and the Bridgeway Foundation have been credited for their pivotal role in mobilizing awareness, civilian protection, and recovery efforts against the Lord's Resistance Army and its leader, Joseph Kony, the first-ever indictee of the International Criminal Court. Prior to joining Bridgeway Foundation in 2007, Ms. Sedgwick Davis served as Vice President of Geneva Global, and was the Director of Public Affairs at the International Justice Mission (IJM). Ms. Sedgwick Davis is an honors graduate of McMurry University and Baylor Law School. Ms. Sedgwick Davis sits on the board of several organizations including The Elders, Humanity United, TOMS Shoes. and charity: water.
Sam Davis is an attorney and proud San Antonio native. He practices in the Children's and Probate courts, respectively. He and his wife Shannon have two amazing sons, Connor and Brody. Sam volunteers with Child Advocates San Antonio (CASA) and Catholic Charities. He is also active in community theatre.
